We are all broken.

The fact is we all have broken hearts and are grieving something in some way. Broken hearts can take the shape through relationships, cardiac challenges, chronic illnesses, grief, divorce, anxieties, trauma, depression, you name it.

Will yoga cure your broken heart?

Nope, but what you might discover is through movement, meditation and breathing exercises, you might rediscover a version of you that you didn’t know existed, and start to moving you forward.
